고대의 모습을 간직하고 있는 도시. 번영했던 시대의 형태가 유지되었기에 산업화와 지구화 과정에서 보호해야 하는 무형유산으로 지정되었지만, 이 작은 도시 또한 변화하고 있다.

 

변화는 조용히, 그러나 분명하게 스며든다. 낡은 건물 사이로 흐르던 바람은 이제 전선의 진동과 뒤섞이고, 돌계단 위로 쏟아지던 햇살은 네온사인이 합쳐져 새로운 빛을 그린다. 과거의 숨결이 깃든 골목은 여전히 그 자리에 있지만, 그 위를 걷는 발걸음은 조금씩 달라지고 있다.

 

점점 더 빠르게 변화하는 대도시들 사이에서, 계속해서 과거에 머물러 있는 듯한 이곳의 변조는 고요하다.

 

A city that preserves its ancient appearance. It has been designated as an intangible cultural heritage that must be protected during industrialization and globalization because it has maintained the form of a prosperous era, but this small city is also changing.

 

Changes are quiet but permeating. The wind that used to flow between old buildings is now mixed with the vibration of power lines, and the sunlight that poured down the stone steps is combined with neon signs to create a new light. The alleys that hold the breath of the past are still there, but the footsteps walking on them are gradually changing.

 

Among the rapidly changing big cities, the changes of this place that seem to continue to stay in the past are quiet.
